I had insurance for IUI. I have very good health insurance. How common is it to have coverage for IVF? I know it is mandated in CT up to age 42 I think. I am 46. I am thinking of going to NY for IVF. What is the procedure code that I would ask my insurance company to see if I am covered? Is there a certain period of time that I have to be considered infertile before I would be covered? I appreciate any information anyone can offer. Thanks.
